# 51 -Salt & Pepper
It is time to show some Salt & Pepper on your layout or card! By this I mean Black & White as your main colors. You may use all ranges of Black & White and only 1 other color (in as many hues as you want). Do you like a little salt or are more of a pepper fan - let us see your tastes!

Here is my take on the Salt & Pepper workout.
Sunde muffins/healthy muffins
I added blue to the black and with and created a page with some healthy muffins. We are a cake-loving family, and my DH sometimes bakes muffins with less sugar and fatty substance, and with some kinds of coarse flour and mashed bananas. I must admit "real" muffins are better, but they really are okay ;-)
I think you should give this workout a try. The September winner will receive this special FITkit
I can't wait to see your entries over at ScrapFIT.
Hugs,
Kirsten
Ok first off LOVELY page, I love your take on the work out the blue blends so beautifully and secondly....that photo....now I'm hungry, lol!
SvarSletWhat a super cute layout! I can't believe your husband baked those muffins. The blue is a perfect accent for your photos. How did you get that background with the black circles, especially with the faded edges?
SvarSletWhat a perfect LO for this fun photo! Love how you pulled your colors from the photo. Love the way you matted around the doily too! ~ Blessings
