Scrap Yourself: Music.....

Just a short post showing a layout I made for a blogpost over at Scrap Yourself and of course for my Book Of Me. Maybe it would be fun for my children and grandchildren to know what I was listening to in May 2011 ;-D

I LOOOVE music, actually I listen to many different kinds of music, currently I prefer listening to Michael Jackson, Robbie Williams and James Blunt, but who knows - next month it might be someting completely different.

This weekend we are planning to visit my husbands family in Germany, I'm sure it is going to be a great time.

Fata morgana.....

Today I can show you another layout from our wonderful trip to Tunisia back in 1994. I love scrapping old pictures from our vacations, it is just like being there again.

We spent 2 weeks in Tunisia and were on a 2-days trip down to the Sahara desert. In the northern part of the desert there is this dried-up salt lake Chott El Djerid. It was totally amazing to see a fata morgana.

Crafty Sketches

As I saw the sketch I thought it was just perfect for a layout with my wonderful dad. I only have very few pictures of him, so this one means very much to me. Sadly he passed away many years ago, but he is still very much alive in my heart :-D
