I Love My Yellow Ball/Jeg elsker min gule bold/WW1

Inspired of some of my Stuck?! CT-colleagues I made an entry for WW1. Even if I find yellow a rather difficult color when it comes to scrapping, I am quite satisfied with the result. I like the clean look.

Caesar loves his balls, esecially the yellow one.

I made some stitching and punched out a lot of circles and a couple of butterflies

and cut out the tree.

I also used some dew drops, foam letters, buttons, brads and flowers as well as a dark yellow and black pen.

I had a lot of fun making this layout, so I don't think this is the last time I have made an entry for WW1.

Tidbitz In Time is having a sale...

Are you aware that Tidbitz In Time is having a sale on Friday, Saturday and Sunday? Each kit available will be 50% off, if coupon code Thank50 is entered upon checkout. The kits really are recommendable so why not give it a try?

I would like to share one more layout I have made with the fabulous November Tidbitz In Time kit with you.

The photos are from our visit in Ribe Vikingecenter this summer. The three musicians are playing and singing the very special Wiking music for the Danish Queen who payed the Centre a visit that day. As I saw their outfits I just had to shoot some photos for a layout, and I found the October Afternoon papers from the november kit was a perfect match.

Have a great weekend :-D

Kirsten

A Visit In The Japanese Garden

I am so happy to be one of the guestdesigners at the fabulous Tidbitz In Time november kit, and one of the terms was to combine the kit with the two November Stuck?! Sketches, and I really found that a perfect match :-D

The 15.th November Stuck?! Sketch

This summer we visited The Japanese Garden in Aarhus, of course we took a lot of photos and I found this one of the waterlilies was great with the October Afternoon papers from the Tidbitz kit

- and here is the result ;-D

I just love the little chipboard butterflies from the kit. I misted them and put on some Liquid Pearls.

Right now I am preparing the next project, - I found the challengeblog WW1 - a blog which I didn't knew before, so I decided to give the white/yellow challenge a try.
What is your next project?

Photoshoot in London

In the fabulous Tidbitz In Time november kit there was this London citymap patterned paper from October Afternoon, and once I saw it I knew how to use it.

I dug out some old photos from a trip to London some years ago. Actually is was the first trip my husband and I took without our children. Strange feeling they were old and sensible enough to stay at home alone ;-)

A close-up

I only used cardstock and pens of my own, all the rest are from the Tidbitz In Time kit - I really recommed the kit, so hurry up if you want to purchase one while it is still available.

Night in the Sahara Desert

We have spent the last days in our summerhouse, so it has been totally relaxation.

No trip to the summerhouse without my scraptrolley, so I have been working at the December Stuck?! Sketches, - as usual Sara has made som great sketches.

Anyway, I want to share one more layout I made from the Tidbitz In Time November kit with you.

Claus and a very kind Bedouin

I made this layout from our vacation in Tunesia many years ago. Here you see Claus on a very early morning - so early that it was still dark, ready to ride off into the desert. He thought it was SO COOL that he should ride on "his own" camel. I am going to create more layout from out camel trip in Sahara, - so now you are warned ;-D

It is already November....

I have had the great opportunity to work with the FABULOUS Tidbitz In Time november kit, and I love it, October Afternoon is one of my favorite paperlines, so it could not be much better :-D

What do you think? Isn't it great? I really can recommend the kits from Tidbitz In Time .

Of course I used the kit for the 1. November Stuck?! Sketch, and here is the result.

I only have very few photos of my fantastic parents and I just love this photo of my mother when she was young. I think the materials are perfect for the picture, so as soon as I saw the papers there were no doubt in my mind , I just had to make this layout :-D

I love the button from Jenni Bowlin and the flowers from ZVA

The layout is made after another of the great Stuck?! Sketches.
